First Annual Southeastern In Situ Soil & Groundwater Remediation Conference

To be considered for the conference, prepare and submit abstracts as specified below.  Abstracts are due December 14, 2007.

Format.  Abstracts must be in English, and must not exceed one standard page size.  The abstract should be submitted in Microsoft WordÒ format.

Submission.  Submit the abstract via email to conference@redox-tech.com

Submittal Information.  The abstract must include the required information under the following headings:   

bulletTitle of abstract.  Should not exceed 10 significant words.
bulletCorresponding/presenting author information.  All correspondence concerning the abstract will be addressed to the person expected to make the presentation at the Conference (i.e., the name given in bold italics on the abstract). Include all contact information—employer, street address, city, state/province and zip/postal code (as applicable), country, telephone, fax, and e-mail address.
bulletCoauthor address list.  Full names of coauthors and the contact information for each—employer, street address, city, state/province and zip/postal code (as applicable), country, telephone, fax, and e-mail address. This information is required.
bulletPlacement preference.  Please indicate whether the author prefers a platform (oral) or a poster presentation. Note: The author’s preference will be taken into account, but placement cannot be guaranteed.

Confirmation of Receipt.  The receipt of the abstract will be acknowledged via email within one week.  Please do not send another copy by fax, mail, or email unless you have not received a confirmation email within one week.
